Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return Conditions

Your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unread, undamaged, with all labels, and in the original packaging.

You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

How to Request a Return

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage or Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is damaged, incorrect, or if you encounter any other issue. We will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

• Books that are clearly used, damaged, or not in their original condition

• Personalized books or special orders

• Digital products (such as e-books)

• Gift cards or sale items

Exchanges

Would you like to receive a different book? You may return your item (as long as it meets the return conditions) and place a new order for the book you want.

Legal Right of Withdrawal in the EU

If the goods are delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. Your item must meet the conditions listed above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive your refund within 10 business days through your original payment method.

Please note that it may take several days for the refund to appear on your account.
