Welcome to vantrading! The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to vantrading. vantrading operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide you—the customer—with a personalized shopping experience (the “Services”). vantrading is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The following terms and conditions, including any policies referenced herein (the “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. vantrading reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is accepted only once vantrading confirms it. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. vantrading may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided during checkout.
Purchases may only be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK].
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 – PRICING AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged for a product or service is the price in effect at the time you place your order and is listed in the confirmation email you receive. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling fees, duties, or import charges.
Prices in our online store may differ from prices in physical stores, or stores operated by third parties. We may offer promotions that affect pricing and are governed by separate terms. If there is a conflict between promotion terms and these Terms, the promotion terms prevail.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we hand off products to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services—including, without limitation, trademarks, branding, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video and audio content, design, selection, and arrangement—are owned by vantrading, its affiliates, or licensors, and are protected by patent, copyright, and other intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any materials without prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms grants a license to any patent, trademark, copyright, or intellectual property of vantrading, Shopify, or third parties. Unauthorized use may violate applicable laws.
Names, logos, product names, service names, design elements, and slogans of vantrading are trademarks of vantrading or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use them without written permission. Shopify’s trademarks belong to Shopify. Other trademarks within the Services belong to their respective owners.

You may gain access to third-party customer tools through the Services. We do not monitor or control these tools.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or endorsements. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of optional third-party tools.
Your use of such tools is at your own risk. You must ensure you understand and agree to the terms on which these tools are provided by the relevant third party.
We may also introduce new features, tools, or resources in the future. These will also be subject to these Terms.

NOTE TO MERCHANTS: This section accurately describes Shopify’s relationship with your store and must not be removed or modified.
vantrading uses Shopify to provide the Services. However, all sales and purchases in our store are made directly with vantrading. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any sales-related matters, including injury, damage, or loss from purchased products or services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from your purchases from or transactions with vantrading.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy [LINK]. Some personal information may also be subject to Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
Shopify collects and processes information regarding your access to and use of the Services to operate and improve the Services. Information you submit is shared with Shopify and third parties (which may be located in other countries).

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, vantrading AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS—AND SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES—ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES.
Even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, we are not liable for errors, omissions, or losses resulting from use of the Services or content.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless vantrading, Shopify, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of any law or third-party rights, or use of the Services.
We will notify you of any claim requiring indemnification. We may control the defense at your expense. You must cooperate fully.

If any provision of these Terms is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid. The unenforceable portion will be deemed severed.

Any ambiguities will not be interpreted against the drafting party.
